A match during their brief run as the “New Brood”,the hardy boyz face Edge and Christian in this tournament match for the “services” of Terri Runnels.The New Brood persona was obtained after the gangrel turned on the original brood(Edge and Christian)and would search for for replacements.The storyine was gangrel brainwashed the hardyz causing them to turn on then manager Micheal Hayes,and join his side as the New Brood.The persona wouldn’t stick however,after The hardyz would win the tournament,gaining Terri as a manager.
